[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG normally makes great products (I own a few) There TVs are the best. So I guess getting one bad product is the norm. I bought this fridge because of its size for my condo. it worked like a champ for over three years but then it didn't. It worked but not as cold as it should have. First the ice machine stopped then newly place food placed in the freezer didn't get hard. I called my warrantee company (not LG) to check it out. they said it had a known bad compressor. that when I called LG. Normally I would have to pay for the Tech visit and labor charge, but LG did the right thing. They covered all of the expense. I still trust LG and there products. I will say the tech who came was great and professional. Its all fixed and working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a month ago and I like it very much. Makes ice fast and the bottom drawer is well designed for ease of use! The french doors are OK and seem to have sturdy bins! However, the shelves are spaced poorly! Maybe Korean food packaging is different? The spacing is higher the needs to be or shorter? Other then that it is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked what I saw online about this frig, but like it even better now that I've used it for several weeks. It has so many nice features, including led lights which makes things really bright, easy to find. The adjustable shelves are perfect!

Two Bins on my side doors cracked just months after I bought my new LG. The top of the crisper also broke. I called the service number and was able to text photos and my serial number to the phone number given. Within 2-3 weeks I got replacements free of charge. This was huge. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge approximately 4 years ago. The unit was quiet, everything worked well, made consistent ice. Then it stopped working overnight. Turns out this was due to a compressor issue and one of the lines being clogged. LG sent out a tech to replace the parts under no cost to me as there was a 5 year warranty still in place for the unit. I'm hoping for another 5 years of use minimum after these replacement parts.
