I had a different experience, I live on an island there are no LG service centers nor does anyone service LG refrigerators. I have An error code CF for the freezer and E for the fridge. I believe Something could have happened in transit from Miami.

Much quieter than the one it replaced, though that one had started making clunking sounds. I haven't had it long enough to see an electric bill drop.

The items in the fridge are in direct line of sight when you open. It beeps when the door is not closed properly which I felt is very useful feature. This model has a smart pull handle for the freezer section.Overall it is a great product!!
