[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If, like me, the space for your refrigerator is limited, this is the one to choose. I did extensive research and I am very happy with the results. This model has quality features not found in most 30” models. It is spacious, well laid out and runs quietly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG French door refrigerator was installed 10 days ago, so we are still getting accustomed to the different space, compared to our previous LG single-door fridge with bottom freezer. This one is definitely roomier.
We REALLY like the split, adjustable shelves (which we had in our old fridge); they are easy to move around to accommodate larger or smaller items, as needed.
There's no "meat drawer," so we're figuring out where to put packages of deli meats and frozen meats that we're thawing for future meals.
We have LOTS of produce, so the wide drawer at the bottom of the fridge section is good, but it's easy to forget what's way at the back. The additional space we've gained is definitely in DEPTH, so that means reaching deeper into the fridge to retrieve things, and opening drawers to their full extent.
Once we started getting the fridge organized, we found that we can often open only one door to get what we need. We've learned to check the smaller pockets hidden at the bottom of each door -- handy for small items, but it's caused a couple of "where on earth did I put that?!?" moments.
The fridge doors are a bit harder to open, but they seem to seal very well; we just need to remember to give them a bit of a push. We appreciate the alarm that reminds us if it isn't closed properly within a certain period of time.
We like seeing the digital settings at the top, inside the fridge. The LED lights are bright (important with such a deep fridge), and recessed, so we don't bump into light bulbs like we did in the old fridge.
The light in the freezer is also bright and out of the way. We're still figuring out how we'll use the freezer space. We chose not to connect the automatic icemaker, so we removed the ice bucket. There's a lot of room in there, but again, it's deep, and it will take some time for us to arrange things for maximum convenience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the features, but it seems to run a lot. almost constantly running, only stops for about 15 minutes then starts up again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The two things that I wish LG would change is the fact that the glass shelf above the crisper drawers cannot be separated from its frame. I cannot clean the green residue that is on the white frame because I cannot reach it. Secondly, in humid weather the refrigerator does not do a good job of moisture control and consequently food freezes. I purchased a dehumidifier for my apartment and that has solved the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a French door fridge before and I am not really sure I like it. Door space is smaller. Love the large tray drawer at the bottom of fridge. That is a wonderful feature. Freezer is less spacious than I would like. The one thing I don't like is that the door doesn't close itself. I usually have to push it shut.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lasted only 5 years. Horrible for landfills, horrible for consumers. Do not buy! Class action suit confirms.
