[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the LG refrigerator about 4 years. One day it suddenly not working ,the frozen were melting, just a stinky mass . I have to remove all the stuff to my friends house. I tried some way to fix it, but it didn’t work for a week . I was about to get a new one , seriously? Less than 4 years? I can’t believe it.
Good thing is I gave LG a call , and they said it has 5 years warranty, so they made a schedule for me. Now, my refrigerator is working again now. I can’t said how good is the refrigerator, but 5 years warranty is definitely good for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG's materials state that the doors will close automatically when at a 30 degree angle. They don't! Two repair persons failed to fix. The doors need to be pushed closed.
Of less significance is the poorly designed lighting. The light is in the front so the back of the shelves is shadowed if tall objects are in the front.

A poorly operating drawer was just repaired, so all is good. I did experience freezing of cucumbers toward the back of a vegetable drawer. Piece of plastic an bottom of central piece chipped off when doors closed simultaneously, but tech said it will affect operation and is not visible. Overall satisfied so far.
