[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor broke at 6 years which has apparently happened frequently with this model. It was replaced under warranty but labor was not covered. They did send an upgraded compressor to replace it.
Pros: ease of use

LG came out the next day, fixed the fridge and it was completely free of charge. The condenser shouldn't have gone out but amazing customer experience.
