[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new French door refrigerator. I love the pull out drawer to put all my water bottles and soda in. The two drawers above are deep and roomy. All drawers are so easy to pull out they glide out so nice. I love that the refrigerator sings to me when it is left open too long. I really love the pull out freezer. I did not like my old tegrthay I had to swing open the door and reach in. The ice cubes are a great size too.

Continuing problem with temperature control

We have had two service personnel come to work on the problem of freezing produce. The first had us turn the temp to 39. The second changed a small part explaining it regulates the defrosting which is causing our problem. He changed the refrigerator temperature back to 37. Unfortunately we noticed the outside of fruits (cantaloupe, watermelon) frosted. Just today we used a package of romaine lettuce, and cucumbers both having some frost problems. The tops of Romaine were frosted and the outer part of 3 cucumbers were frosted. I had put the temperature to 38 when the second service call didn’t work. We will have to call for service again.

I've had this for 6 weeks now and I'm so pleased with it. It's very quiet, so much so that I wonder if it's even on at times. The storage options are great, particularly the glide and serve drawer. I rearranged the shelves to my liking, but I do wish the left door had more options as I keep my Brita pitcher there and that leaves me with just one other shelf. I'm used to having a bottom freezer, which is great, but I've never had a drawer, always a door. That is taking so adjusting, but I'm happy with how much it holds. No regrets!!
