Maintains temperature well and good amount of space. The negatives would be that it shows fingerprints too easily and we had one of the plastic shelfs on the door pop off and fall on the floor and crack. Popped off to easy IMO and we had to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator has been working good. It communicates when the door is left open with a buzzer sound. It provides adequate space for all my food. The Refrigerator's metal surface is not shiny and gives off a smear look no matter how I attempt to make look clean and shiny. I purchase a Ceramic cleaner for the surface and that should do the job in giving the Refrigerator a smooth, clean, shiny look.

I did not get a new refrigerator. I had a repair done under your so called waranty. I went through 6 1/2 weeks of ridiculous back and forth, misinformation, and sheer frustration. Finally having to find a technician myself only to find out that LG would not reimburse me for the full amount of the repair

No other option available at the time of purchase. The shelfing units do not make sense. I have to remove a shelve in order for any gallon unit of liquid to fit along with liter size, 64 oz, and wine sizes. The door baskets-: Not able to hold very much. If too heavy, need to snap together. The deli drawer- the hinges that hold the flap; did not last very long, they broke within 3 months of purchase. The French door; to me useless for small units. For any item that needs to be placed into or out of the fridge- BOTH doors will always need to be opened. French doors for small units take away space availability in the door area. Freezer section- great deep baskets.
