[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my mom who has COPD to try to eliminate some of the humidity in her apartment. We have been amazed at the amount of moisture this unit pulls out on a daily basis. The controls are easy to use and we love the pull out water tank. We weren’t sure she would be able to dump the tank herself when full but she has been able to with no problem. Both the tank and the unit have handles that make dumping and moving much easier. Well worth the money overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so fare it works, though the plastic cover over the bucket it is too fragile...ours came with one or two of the retainer ears on the lid broken...though it doesn't seem to have affected it's usage...since we've been involved with moving both home & business, we just didn't have time to call in about it...
