[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my basement. It's been renovated but still had a basement odor. Works great. So much so that I bought a 2nd one for the main floor. Unfortunately there is so much moisture in my home that it never cuts off!

My old dehumidifer was so noisy that I could hear it all the time, now I am enjoying how quite this one runs. If I had a do over I would have gone up to the 50 pint so it would not have to run so much

Performs as described in the Operators Manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performs all described functions - Pretty quiet, Well designed - I like the drainage connection feature with a provided connector piece meant to be screwed onto the humidifier, followed up by then connecting the other end onto a customer-provided hose. Then, the proper drainage to the outside can be set up.

Not reliable product

Initially I like this product, pulled good amount of humid from my basement.
This worked fine for around 6 month and broken.. now getting FO error .
When I search it up, there are lots of complains for this error.
