Excellent for the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about 2 months, and i live in florida so it’s been on almost constantly since i got it. I live in a tiny house and it does a great job getting out most of the moisture. When i keep it on one side of the house it doesn’t get everything from the other side, but I expected that so I’m not docking anything.
It does a great job keeping away the scent of mildew that tends to build up due to the humidity. It’s excellent and I’m glad to have it, although you will likely need to empty it at least once a day unless you have a way to hook up it up to something to allow it to drain through a hose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance out performs itself, If you own a camper you know humidity is an issue, this keeps my humidity at 45%, its well worth the money, its easy to maintain, and has two options for draining the water collected.

Effective and easy to use dehumidifier

Good ... WHEN IT WORKS

This is the second one of these I've had that after a time stops working. Gives me the FO code It's not even a full year old. First it was leaking out of the side hose, no matter what I did. Worked OK dumping the bucket manually, but not as convenient. Then it launched into the FO code. There won't be a third. And having the "Successful Review guidelines" black box covering the review space is really idiotic and annoying.

Hello, Willie20! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your dehumidifier. if you find your dehumidifier leaking, ensure that all connections have been checked. This includes the garden hose (if used), check to make sure the bucket fits tightly into its space and that there are no cracks/damages to the unit itself. Use plumbers tape to wrap around the threading and then hook the hose back up. Ensure the bucket does not have any cracks or damages and has been installed properly into its space. For an F0 error code, check the following conditions. Outlet voltage should be 115V±10% and the surrounding temperature should be within the range of 41 °F to 96 °F. Unplug the unit and plug it in again under normal operating conditions. Hopefully, this information is useful to you.
