Worth your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my basement. I tested this on a humid day of 80 plus. It quickly brought it down to 50 percent within a few hours. The noise level is acceptable if you set this at a low setting. There isn't a need to use a high level since it takes time to remove the moisture the air. The water bucket is easy to take out to remove the water, and takes no time to be placed back.

F0 Error code after a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit worked great for a year or so, and then I started seeing the F0 error code. I would clean the filter, unplug it, plug it back in, and it would work for a time. I kept it limping along for another year until that no longer worked. For the past 6 months, it reads F0 continuously and does not work at all. I wrote an email to service and hope to have a reasonable resolution to this. From what research I have been able to do, it appears that this is a known fault in the sealed system, which is under warranty for 5 years. I am hopeful that this is appropriately covered and resolved.

perfect solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I noticed I had mildew in my basement. I had just moved to the east coast from southern CA and wasn't used to humidity. I bought this dehumidifier and I have to empty it at least once/day. It stopped the mildew problem. This year, we have had spells of high humidity and I decided to buy a second identical humidifier for upstairs. It so helps keep it comfortable that we haven't had to run the air conditioner hardly at all. I love our dehumidifers!

Quiet operation, does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier has been in operation on the first floor of my house for about 3 weeks. At first I ran it continuously, as the user guide recommended, then set humidity level. Since it's so humid this summer, it still runs constantly when it's on, so I don't know how the humidity function performs. At any rate, the unit works fine, extracts moisture from the air; my rooms are much more comfortable. It turns off when the bucket is full. The bucket is fairly easy to remove and empty. Very satisfied.

F0 Error code and the dehumidifier does not collect water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let the dehumidifier run for a while, I can hear the Fan running, but it doesn't collect water. After 5 mins it stops with the F0 error code. I tried unplugging it and re-starting .. same experience. The filter is clean, the room temperature in the basement is within range. The humidity level indicator shows 70% humidity. Don't know how to fix this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Quiet, small, gets the humidity down quick. The fan speed is adjustable if you need it even quieter. I wish the tank was a bit bigger, but that would make the United bigger and the tank harder to empty. Works so much better than my 30 year old model.
