We purchased 2 units for our basement and both are doing an amazing job on the moisture down there. Been a very humid summer so far and these units replaced our older ones and work far better than those did. Great buy at a great price.

We've been through 3 dehumidifiers over the last 8 years. Most are noisy, ugly, and don't handle a colder basement very well. This one does a great job with all three. Really nice looking, very quiet, and works like its supposed to. I highly recommend spending a few extra bucks to get this excellent appliance.

After returning my last unit made by another company due to recall I spent a good amount of time researching brands as to not have to deal with the hassle or potential fire again. This unit is simple, does what it needs to do. Stays very consistent. I'm not very knowledgable on dehumidifiers, and I just fiddled with the buttons and connected a hose and all has been well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I PURCHASED TO REPLACE MY OLD UNIT. THE FRIGIDAIRE UNIT IN MUCH MORE EFFICENT AND QUIETIER THAN MY PREVIOUS UNIT.VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE AND STYLE.UINT PERFORMS BETTER THEN I EXPECTED. I WOULD BUY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION

Great product - lives up to description!

We bought this dehumidifier after discovering that the old one we had was a part of the massive recall that was posted for dehumidifiers starting on fire. This new Frigidaire is very quiet and does a great job of taking moisture out of the air. I only wish that the tank was a little easier to clean out - it can be tough to get into some of the corners due to how it is formed/molded.

My 22 month old Frigidaire dehumidifier, a similar model refrigerant unit failed. Still under 24 month warranty I was pleased to find Frigidaire stood behind their product. Instead of repair or sending a replacement was sent forms to fill out and return with copy of original purchase receipt. Refund received! In interim I purchased this Frigidaire model as a replacement. It works just fine, maybe a little quieter. Know Frigidaire stands behind its product so no reason to purchase a different brand.
