Just pulled it out of the box, brand new. After 20 minutes or so I get an "F0" error code. Unplug for 30 minutes and try again. 20 minutes later I get another "F0" error code. Hasn't ran for more properly once yet. Yes, my outlets meet the requirements. Yes, the temperature in the room is proper. Just plain broken........

Hi, AGuyOnACouch! We certainly apologize for any matters you have experienced with your dehumidifier. Typically, an “F0” message is dealing with the operating conditions. The outlet voltage should be 115V±10% and the surrounding temperature should be within the range of 41 °F to 96 °F. Unplugging the unit and plug it in again under the normal operating conditions can assist in resolving any concerns, with the "F0" message.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works in winter as well as summer. Pulled amazing amount of water out of mobile home. White noise coming from exhaust is tolerable in exchange for dehumidifiers purpose.

Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought this dehumidifier a year ago and have already needed 2 replacements because the dehumidifier broke. The second replacement is now broken and I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service, but they have not responded to me. When I say it's broken, I mean I get an "FO" code and there is nothing I can do to get the unit to work. This is a worthless piece of junk and I will not be buying a Frigidaire again.

My new dehumidifier

It does the job in one room of my basement but it runs a lot. The humidity setting doesn't seem to do much. I have it set for 50% but it seems to run anywhere from 45% to 55%. I wish it would stop at 50% and then only vary + or - 2%. We'll see how much electricity it is using. Not sure if I'd recommend to a friend or not.

Just What the Doctor Ordered!!!

I bought this unit a little over a month ago to control the moisture/humidity in my travel trailer which I leave on a lot at Lake Gaston. In the past, every time I opened the door I could simply smell moisture and a musty odor. I hooked up this unit, attached the drain hose so I never need to dump the basin, and set it on 45% humidity. WHAT A DREAM THIS LITTLE JEWEL IS!!!! There is absolutely no condensation on the windows, the unit smells fresh even after being closed up for a couple of weeks, and the electricity usage is very reasonable. I am absolutely elated at the results. It is quiet, does the job, and since I have the hose attachment...maintenance free. Who could ask for anything more????

The unit has worked as described, but it didn't come with the adapter as promised... quite a pain to get in touch with manufacuter and get the adapter sent. It works as promised, but I probably should have bought a bigger one as my basement is apparently damper than I thought

This was a replacement for an earlier model. This dehumidifier is superior in EVERY way when compared the the older model.
