Neat, compact, and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for several months and found it to be much quieter and more efficient than the dehumidifier it replaced. It fits neatly in my bathroom and helps to keep the room dry and mold free.
If I could suggest one minor improvement, it would be to make the bucket pour more cleanly as the clear plastic cover can make it a bit splashy. This is a minor defect and all in all I would highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this this dehumidifier after a brush with a hurricane that was not a direct hit, but, dumped a load of rain in the area. We had water coming down the chimney! Restoration people said to turn up the heat in the house to dry out the plaster walls. Chance encounter with someone who gave advice to the architects of the Capitol (yes, THE Capitol) said what I needed was a dehumidifier. I bought one for the basement and one for the main floor. They worked like trojans and I was able to dry the house out with them. Will run them during the summer on a regular basis in the future. I especially like how easy they were to dump. Never had to worry about drops of water on the wood floors.

Moisture Be Gone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a 38 foot motorhome full time, and have been RVing for 37 years. The biggest problem during winter is moisture. My first rig I did not use a dehumidifier in the begining and eventually had problems with the walls delaminating (falling apart). Finally did purchase a dehumidifier and it really kept the moisture from forming on the walls. I have purchased a new rig and the Frigidaire 30 pint dehumidifier keeps it perfectly dry, this is in central Oregon with wet winters. This unit is quiet!, not like the other brand I had before. And easy to place in the RV without it being in the way. Every RVer should have one.

Life Saver!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lot of you are probably aware this winter brought storms of biblical proportions. We live 2 blocks from the ocean .The walls inside my house had condensation on them to the extent that you could make a mark with your finger. Mold was beginning to grow everywhere. We have a small house and we move this product from one room to the other. It is on for hours at a time and does it does a superlative job. It is absolutely amazing the amount of water this machine can pull out of the air. We are very happy with our purchase!!
