It's ok!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about it except for the one thing I have to do every day. Empty the water bucket. It comes out fine but putting it back in is not automatic. It's flat out a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi David! I can understand your concerns with having to empty the water of out the bucket on you dehumidifier. I was able to see that you also have the option of connecting a hose to your dehumidifier for the water to drain through the hose. I hope this helps make things easier for you. Kindly- CiCi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dehumidifier. It does everything that is was advertised to do and works great. It pulls out so much water it is unbelievable. It is a nice looking machine as well and the wheels are great to move it from room to room. We had a mold problem and have not had a hint of it since we started using this. I use it in a room that is about 400 sq/ft with a very high ceiling and it works great. The only thing I would say I don't like is if I want to empty the machine before it is full, it leaks some water, but I just wipe it up with a towel.

Hello, Ldog! The 30-pint dehumidifier is recommended for a slightly to moderately damp space that is 300 square feet or below. It sounds like your area may be larger or more damp, which would require a larger dehumidifier. To eliminate emptying the reservoir, you can utilize the continuous drain feature. ~ Brandi

Excellent Dehumidifer,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Taipei, Taiwan, where it's incredibly humid most of the year. My apartment has ventilation problems which means after showering, my apartment gets muggy and can cause my clothes to get moldy. After buying this dehumidifer, I simply switch it on and let it run overnight and in the morning my apartment is nice and dry. It does generate a little bit of noise and heat, but that is to be expected. You can lessen this buy using a timer or switching to a lower power level, but overall it's an excellent product and worth the money.

Super simple setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently purchased to put in the large crawlspace of a vacation home. I used the convenient constant-emptying capability and have a hose directed into a sump hole which I covered to keep the water in there instead of coming back out into the air space being humidified in the first place. So far so good! I was also pleased to see that after a power failure, it remembers the settings. I hope that means that it also turns back on! I will find out for sure this coming weekend. The "filter" on the back of the unit was a bit unexpected in that it was essentially just a snap-on plastic screen with tiny holes. I guess I'll see how that looks too, but I'm sure rinsing off dust/dirt should be pretty simple. Other than that, the prices was right and time will tell if I made the right choice, but from other reviews I've read, I think I'm good to go!
