Super Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been running for over a month now - no problems. Takes about two days to fill the tank full. I LOVE the external drain line because I have a floor drain hole in the basement. Just hook up the line and let it run. Great options also.

Pulls a lot of moisture, but terrible humidistat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say that this does pull quite a bit of moisture out of the air. It's loud, but I don't think its any louder than the average dehumidifier. What is disappointing is how off the humidistat is on this thing. It's a solid 10% off - two of my hygrometers show the humidity at 50% while the machine shows 40%. I'm still deciding if I should keep it - this is my second one. I sent the first one back for the same reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jjnyd1976! I hate that you are disappointed with the reading on your dehumidifier. When using a manual thermometer, the reading may be a slight different. A manual thermometer will only read the humidity of the air of where it is located and not over the whole area like the internal sensor on the dehumidifier. I sure hope this helps! Respectfully- CiCi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing "drinks" a lot. I am emptying the bin much more frequently than I imagined but I know it works snd have felt the difference it makes. Here in Houston we have the air you can wear with relative humidity above 70% all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another name brand dehumidifier and compared to it this frigidaire is much quieter to operate. It does a great job of taking the extra moisture out of the air. This was purchased for my bathroom, which does not have an exhaust fan, and am very pleased with the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fantastic Frigidaire dehumidifier a few weeks ago. It is utterly amazing & works like a dream. I researched on line for the number one dehumidifier rating wise & purchased it. So easy to operate, easily moved as rolls on casters digital humidity levels with three power levels, very quiet, compact, a breeze to empty the front slide container that has an internal handle for easy removal of the water by hand or you can attach a drain hose. It is extremely efficient in moisture removal. Thrilled with it and would recommend it with out a doubt, as it the very best of the best in portable dehumidifier. Kudos to Frigidaire/Electrolux. MBC
