Easy to maintain

Perfect dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is a perfect size for our 1300 sq ft house. It's pretty humid in Richmond, so we empty the reservoir daily as we do not have it hooked up to a drain. It's surprisingly quiet, no louder than the AC. It's user friendly and does the job.

Very happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. My last dehumidifier stopped working after 6 weeks, so I am aware that some dehumidifiers don't last long. I hope this one will continue to work well because I really like it. It is not too noisy, and it is well designed. I particularly like the design of the water collection tray (which must be removed and emptied at least once a day). The tray is easy to pull out of the dehumidifier, and it has a handle like a suitcase, making it easy to carry to a nearby sink. And, crucially, the tray can sit stably on its own after it has been removed from the dehumidifier, so I can set it down to grab the handle without worrying that it will tip over. My last dehumidifier had the incredibly stupid design flaw that the tray did not sit flat; if I set it down, it would tip over.
I would recommend this to a friend!
