Quit working in less than a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier worked for less than a month and then quit running and showed an F0 code. I tried it in every room and at many different outlets and it would always run for a few minutes and then stop and show the F0 code. We called and were told that we would be given a refund. We are still waiting for that to happen. We sent them the required documentation. That was a month ago. Maybe we will get a refund or maybe we will not. Only time will tell. We bought a GE and it works flawlessly!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Went bad in 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in June and by November it is shutting down and throwing and F0 code. Warranty support was good, though I am still waiting for the replacement. Seemed quiet and efficient till it died.

didnt last one year...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for the past few months, unit would stop working and the error code "E0" kept showing up. would unplug it and restart and then it would work for awhile but the E0 code would eventually come back on. called to troubleshoot and nothing worked. i was very lucky that it was still under warranty and with some constant calling and pestering, i finally received a new dehumidifier through a process with the retailer. hoping the new one doesnt have the same issues.

Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is working great. It has an easy to empty bucket on the front, stops when it is full and the water can also be drirected directly to the drain with a hose. It has three speeds and digital readout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

brand new in feb 2017 and DOA few months later. the F0 error code and shut down. looking at this on the net, it is a big issue with these short lived units. apparantly i looked at paid blogs when i searched for a unit, yep, the net lies and can make money doing it. never again

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dehumidifier for almost 2 months. It's great, it's super quiet, has automatic shut off, easy to plug in a drain hose, and has a nice appearance. I would highly recommend this unit.
