Works good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Live in the PNW and the air gets pretty moist in the fall/winter time. I live in a small apartment (~500 sq. ft.) and this dehumidifier does it's job well.

Essential for winter in the Pacific Northwest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apartment is sealed tightly and every time I cooked or took a shower or had people over, the humidity level soared. The only way to bring it down was to crank up the heater or open a window and lose a lot of money. At night, the windows would sweat and condensation would pool on my windowsill. Winters here are rainy as well. After struggling to keep my apartment comfortable a dry last year, I decided to buy this dehumidifier last month and I’m happy to say it works really well! The air smells cleaner and lighter, my humidity levels are comfortable, I don’t have to open windows and lose heat and operating it even adds heat to my apartment. The atmosphere is like spring in here now. The unit is very easy to use, too.

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the weather turned cild, every time the shower was used in my apartment all the windows steamed over and dropped. Fearing mold everywhere I bought this dehumidifier. I only run it when someone is showering, but the difference is fantastic. Lingering dampness and musty smell... gone!

Works as it should, quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit I purchased runs continuously and quietly in a small basement area. I connected it to a condensate pump which brings water outside. It's warm and dry where the unit runs. I couldn't be happier. We install these at out company that's been serving high end customers since the 1930s. We highly recommend frigidair products

Quick and easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely works in my basement. Pulled it out of the box and plugged it in. No other set up required. I have a natural stone foundation which really holds the moisture. I’ve owned a Frigidaire before and loved it!

Saved my basement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend suggested a dehumidifier for remocimg extra moisture since she had begun to smell mold-yikes! Now, gratefully, there isn't a trace of smell or mold! I even was able to remove the holding tank completely full of water with one arm; easy to use! Also love the feature of cleaning the screen; easy and just let it dry. The fan that blows air out of the machine also works to circulate air around the room. My cat box is in the room and NO SMELL from it either. Convenient, and if ever we have a water outage, I can run that water through my purifier and make it potable! I also use that water to water plants outside..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dehumidifier just over a month ago. It seems to work great. We have to dump the water tank about every day and a half. It beeps and tells you when the tank is full and then does not run until you dump it. We live in the NW and it’s the rainy season. So our 800sqf home is staying dry and comfortable. Good investment for us.
