Works perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our damp basement and it works perfectly. You can set it to the humidity you want and it will shut off when it reaches that humidity until it rises again. We run it continuously and haven't noticed a big difference in our electric bill (I was told by several people dehumidifiers jack up your electric bill). It is an energy star appliance. Our basement is pretty small but I would probably get a bigger one next time. We just have to empty it a couple times a day but you can set it up with a hose to continuously drain. It makes a noise when it needs emptied that we can hear from upstairs which is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
