It works like a charm, is quiet, unobtrusive, and I love the lock feature so you can set-it-and-forget-it. I have a 292 sq. ft. tiny home; this keeps it in the perfect humidity range all day/every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second exact unit I have purchased for my second water front Condo. The first one runs when the condo is empty, which is 90% of the time, and the unit has worked flawlessly for over 3 years now. It keeps the condo dry and smelling fresh even though we are on the Gulf. It is a 1400 sqft condo too. The second one appears to work just as well in the new condo, which is a rental.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power cord stopped working

After ~14 months, power cord only works in certain positions. Not twisted or pulled ever, just stopped working and now only works when in left position.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to return

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit worked great for the first two weeks then the auto stop feature stopped working and overflowed onto the floor a couple of times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took it out of the box and started it, it began its work immediately. It is doing as a dehumidifier should and keeps our basement at a comfortable level of humidity, easily adjustable to meet our expecations.
