Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dehumidifier about a month ago and have been very pleased with it's performance and how quietly it runs. We keep it in our finished basement(we live in a condo) and it seems to be do the job just fine. In retrospect, we probably should have gotten one bigger than 30 gallons, since it needs to be emptied frequently but all in all we are very happy with this appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use

Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace an old dehumidifier. This Frigidaire is so sufficient I had to empty every day - until I used the adapter and a hose to drain it automatically. It is not too heavy so I can move it from room to room when needed. It is a bit louder than I would like but I mainly use it in the bsmt so it's ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best humidifier I've ever owned!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is now in it's second year of use since purchase and I am very happy with it's performance. I use this to dehumidify a 1320 square foot, 2 bedroom rancher in the summertime as my (newer) central air conditioner does not remove enough humidity to keep my home's humidity low enough to not feel "clammy" at my normal setting of 77 degrees . I have, in the past had to set the AC to below 72 degrees to keep the humidity below 55 percent, but it still was not totally comfortable as I felt "cold and still clammy". With this little gem set to 50 percent humidity, I can now go back to a 77 degree AC setting and be extremely more comfortable and reduce my electric usage by a good amount as my AC runs much less to provide a comfortable temperature and the dehumidifier now provides the proper humidity level.
