Don't buy.

I've went thru three in three years. Lucky that I bought from a reliable dealer that has a two year warrantee of their own and replaced it. Gets the "FO" fault ??? How in the world can they continue to sell such an unreliable unit?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We certainly apologize for any matters you have experienced with your purchases and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Typically, an “F0” message is dealing with the operating conditions. The outlet voltage should be 115V±10% and the surrounding temperature should be within the range of 41 °F to 96 °F. You would want to unplug the unit and plug it in again under the normal operating conditions.
Should you experience any matters with your current dehumidifier, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST.

Dehumidifs, but expels warm air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first have to say I was lucky enough to have a dehumidifier of another brand that lasted 24 years. I had to turn it off to clean it and when i turned it back on...it was gone. RIP. So I did a lot of research and this one rated the best in many reviews, so I picked it. What I HATE about this is the warm air it expels. With my last one, the cellar was cool and dry. Now it is so warm, I hate being down there. Because it's so warm now, there are odors even though the humidity is low. I tried turning the fan to low, but still warm. I feel like it's getting warmer every day. Unless someone tells me I'm doing something wrong (I've read the book) or that all dehumidifiers are like that, I have to rate this a 2 of 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient and powerful dehumidifying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a month ago and it has been extremely efficient at reducing the humidity in a guest room which has our water system behind the closet wall. Humidity used to run 70 to almost 80% before buying this unit. It quickly reduced the humidity to my set level and keeps it there. I will be using the direct hose drain soon. This model is small enough for the space but worked equally efficiently in a much larger space.

Great littte machine

So far so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is working well in my 30x25 ft basement. I like the ability to just stick a hose on it for continuous drainage and the fact that it is fairly quiet. I have only had it for a few weeks, however, so I cannot comment on durability.
