Great at drying out rooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this model for about a year, got it October 2018. My apartment had a mold problem in the fall after a very wet spring/summer and I needed something to keep the moisture down. This dehumidifier is fairly small and quiet and has an adjustable humidity setting. It did a great job keeping the humidity around my apartment constant (I have a two bedroom, plus a decent sized living room). I would definitely buy it again.
This summer, it stopped working (ran for 45 minutes after plugging it in, didn't take out any water, then showed the FO error code and none of the buttons worked). It was under warranty, so I contacted the company and they gave me instructions on how to get it replaced. The process was pretty easy and didn't take too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Frigidaire dehumidifier I have purchased. The first one works really well. The 2nd shows FO or a number and does not work. I liked the first one so well that I purchased another one. It keeps the humidity at the right number.

I purchased a hose for the continuous draining, and I don't have to worry about emptying the bucket. Moisture is gone and pipes are all dried thanks to this dehumidifier. I set mine to 50% and it clicks on and off as needed. It's very quiet too! You'll love this product!

Works well until it doesn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought this model in the summer of 2017 and it worked great for my 400 sf garden level apartment. It had heavy use that summer, less intense in the shoulder season, and pretty minimal for the winter when the air got drier. By the end of the following summer, the fan setting options didn't work - you could change the button but it would blow at whatever speed it wanted, and sometimes would change at random. By the next spring it was giving an FO error that would require it to be unplugged to reset, at first just occasionally but then many times a day. It also started icing up in the back. So all total lasted less than 2 years, and half of that time it wasn't running at all. For the size, price, and availability, I ended up getting the same one again, but this time I purchased the extended warranty. Less than a year old and it is definitely getting louder, and sometimes starts to run again AFTER the bucket full signal goes off, only to beep again a few minutes later. Overall still works well enough, but I'm guessing there is a service call in my future.

stop working

I bought this last fall and it worked great for 3 months but then it gave me a FO error. I did not need it so I just stored it until this month September. I've tried resetting, checked the electrical wall sockets and cleaned filter. I even took the back off and cleaned the sensory as instructed on YouTube. I'm now trying to work through getting someone to response via email or phone but it's COVID time. It's a whole new animal for support.
