I had a little trouble setting up the tv and Sony customer service went far and beyond to help me. I would recommend this product to everyone. I love it. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I am very pleased with the Sony 40" Smart LED HD TV that we recently purchased. It was easy to connect and set up, and the picture quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone who is interested in purchasing a 40" Smart LED HD TV.

The thing I care about the most in a TV is the quality, richness, contrast, resolution of the picture itself. I have multiple Sony TV's in the house. Until I got the W600B, an older 47" Bravia was the best of the bunch. I now have two 40" W600B's and they are as good as the older Bravia--which is to say, "Excellent." I'm very happy with the picture quality of the W600B from all sources, the sound quality is surprisingly good. The smart TV aspects are good (but I have Roku 3's on all my TV's so I don't use the "smart" capabilities on the Sony) with plenty of "channels." The user interface is smooth and very granular. I would buy it again (in fact, I did) and would recommend this above almost every other 40" TV on the market.

I've had this unit for about 6 months and it is the best TV I have ever had! When I first turned it on, the picture was so clear I thought I was actually there. I will buy SONY TV's from now on!
I love it's programming layout and how it stays on the last input I used. I only have one problem and that's with the AC power plug. It seems to be very sensitive and the TV shuts down if I move it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
