Broke after 3 years! Purchased this KDL at a big box store a few years ago and it only lasted about three years having an issue powering on and staying on. Was out of warranty when this happened. So, I gave up on Sony TV's and went back to Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this six (6) years ago , and its working perfectly great. on thing though the built-in apps that came with this product has depleted over the years, but it works great.
It’s a great looking tv. The picture is fantastic. It is pretty easy to navigate and the manual is built right in to it. That makes it easy to learn, if you can’t understand how to do something. The one reason I took 1 Star off is because I can’t figure out how to get my I iPhone screen to mirror on it. It uses mirracast and which may not be able to pair with it I’m not really sure . But if it weren’t for that it definitely would be an easy 5 star.! Hope this helps Peace out
