TV Picture quality is good but it was on my old one. The additional internet features such as music only work part of the time and then not as originally advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The aspect ratio of the picture can not be changed directly from the remote. The remote is too small and makes changing the volume and channel very difficult. The remote has a very narrow beam width and must be aimed directly at the receiver or else it will not function. The unused (hidden channels) can not be deleted requiring an input at the remote of 2.1 instead of just 2. With only two connections in the rear of the television, the antenna and HSMI, using the remote is a multiple step function instead if just changing between the only two connections. The manual is useless and the one stored in the TV is not much better and difficult to use. Other than those items, the picture is satisfactory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had all Sony TV's Tried a Samsung, one month out of warranty it started shutting off picture and sound, it's in the trash now.

Picture quality is great and internet access was super easy to setup. The dedicated Netflix key is a nice touch. Here is a TV with a Sony picture at a very competitive price (not like those so-called disposable TV's that flood the market).
