Missing the "U" in Samsung, otherwise a great product

My previous dryer was close to 10 years old and was taking several hours to dry a regular load. Therefore, I decided to upgrade, and I am so glad I did! The longest dry time has been a little over an hour and that was for a blanket, 2 sheets, and some towels. On average, it takes about 40 minutes to dry a load. I have had no issues with the way this machine works yet. Upon arrival, the "U" was missing from "Samsung" on the front of the dryer. I pointed this out to the delivery person and he submitted for reimbursement, so in my mind this issue is resolved. However, he did check the packaging and it wasn't there, which leads me to believe the U was forgotten by the manufacturer. That being cosmetic only, and probably a fluke, I would still recommend this product for someone looking to upgrade! Also, very easy to move.

Cons: missing letter

Only run 8 or 10 loads thru so it's still new! Runs quite and at 7.5 cu ft a full size comforter has WAY more room to spare. LOL Might be a bit big for 2 people but what the heck.

Another excellent Samsung product! Runs quietly and has multiple dryer settings. Very efficient and is easy on your utility bill!

The dryers Wrinkle Guard is does an exceptional job.
I wish the tone alerting me was louder because my dryer is in the basement and I can't hear the tone when I am upstairs.
