I just got this after having the same washer and dryer for over 18 years(at least that's how long I lived in my home and it was left for me) I LOVE this product, it's quiet, it does have a lot of sounds it makes when turning it on and the dryer ending(it plays a little tune) it has all the features anyone would need to get the clothes dry the way you want it. So far so good!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excessive noise

We were looking for a Samsung washer dryer pair for quite a while. When thie sale hit in July, we couldn't pass up the value. Unfortunately, the dryer is very noisy. At the beginning of each dry cycle, there is a noise from the dryer that is not extremely loud, but makes it sound like something is vibrating inside the dryer. It goes away after th first 5 minutes of the cycle, but I just can't help think that there is something that is going to fall off the dryer. Otherwise, we are very happy with the dryer.
Pros: Bright display, easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations, noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got my samsung washer and dryer and....kind of a weird thing to say but cant wait to start doing laundry lol
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: color black is about $100 more

Great dryer. Love the samsung brand. Great features especially the LED light on the inside. The top of mine was dented when I took it out of the Styrofoam but was able to pull the dent out myself.
