Impressed with the effieicency of this Unit

We purchased this item and I am blown away at how fast it dries clothes. Super efficient and fast. The Drum size is huge and I can do comforters and mattress pads which is amazing. I am super pleased with this purchase.

Love it, except...

Love the dryer. However due to the design of my laundry closet, I really need the vent exhaust on the right side of the dryer. It has been a real pain trying to find the side vent kit, and a store that sells it. It should really should be offered as an option pre-sale, or have better information on how to get it installed on the website. As it is I'm going to have to install it myself and hope I do it right.

Very nice features and will save money compared to 16 year old Maytag, just did first couple loads it is super quite so far love it!!!!

I was waiting for my appliances 2 months around...and definitely I got it...it's something that you really like it a lot...Samsung is the best brand in laptops, cellphones, appliances...Today my appliances were installed and that was like a Christmas Gift for myself...I like the music that the machine does when finished with the drying, first time when I heard it, I was thinking "I don't have a Christmas tree here" but when I saw and heard the machine singing that makes my day, laughing...

This dryer will dry a full load of towels in 40 minutes - I'm in heaven for the first time ever I'm not having to run the dryer on a second cycle and waiting on it to finish to move on to the next load. Very happy

Works very well on different cycle settings. The wrinkle prevent is a great setting and keeps the drum rolling after the drying cycle has finished. The performance of this dryer is excellent!

Why I had to buy a new dryer!

I purchased a new washer dryer from Samsung 4 years ago. Model number DV331AEW/XAA serial number JKD5EBC300096L. It began thumping when drying and got worse.
The cause of the problem was that the drum broke in one spot. This is a manufactory defect that Samsung has not recognized. I only bought a replacement Samsung to match what I have.
Cons: Poor quality, the tub broke in one spot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
