The settings on the machines are very nice. The moister senser is a good idea.

Didn't work properly from day 1

I purchased this along with the matching washer in November 2015. After delivery and setup, I did a load of laundry, and the washer was great. The dryer however, a different story. After the cycle was done, I took the clothes out to fold. I immediately smelt a burnt smell coming from the clothes. At first I thought this may be normal as the delivery guy said that was a normal smell from new appliances. After several loads, I was still smelling the burnt smell on the clothes. I contacted Samsung, and after many different things they had my do to try and fix the issue, the smell on the clothes remained. Since Samsung does not have a service center in my area, they eventually refunded me for my purchase as the machine is not working properly. Now I have a closet full of clothes that have a horrible burnt smell, no matter how many times I wash them. I have even tried using dryer sheets(which I have never used before) to mask the smell, but I am afraid I may have to discard those pieces of clothes as the smell is not coming out, months later.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this dryer!

We've had the Samsung Front Load High Efficiency Dryer for 2 months now and it is great! The settings are easy and their are custom cycle options for whatever you are drying. It dries much faster than our old dryer, even on the low heat setting. It is very quiet. We have an open concept living space and the dryer is just around the corner from the kitchen. The only audible noise is from articles of clothing or items in the dryer. For example, the button on jeans hitting the sides as they tumble. The alert notification sounds are very pleasant at a tolerable volume and it even plays a little jingle when the cycle is complete. Our clothes smell great and are cleaner than they've ever been. Our clothes also have less lent on them than they did when using our old dryer. We are very happy with our purchase! My husband even does the laundry now because he likes our Samsung washer and dryer so much!
Pros: quiet, efficient, easy to use, pleasant alert sounds

I selected Samsung as a trusted name for my dryer and am very pleased with my choice. The dryer is quiet and very easy to operate. I like the ability to turn on or off the Wrinkle Prevent feature. The drum is roomy and provides me the ability to dry a large load. I also like that I have the ability to turn on the drum light. I highly recommend this product.

The dryer is awesome, drying clothes in such a short time. My electric bill was 60 dollars lower this month and I know it's because of these new products as nothing else has change.
