Works great but...

My wife and I have owned this dryer for almost a year now. The dryer works great and is very efficient. My only issue with this dryer is the lint trap.
Yes the trap works and catches a lit of lint. However, after a week or two (depending on how much laundry we do) I notice that a lot of lint is getting past the trap. After pulling out the trap I notice a noticeable amount of lint built up after the trap. I have to get my shop vacuum out with a long skinny attachment to get inside and clean it out. I may have to check my exhaust pipe soon to see how much build up is in there. I am not looking forward to that as it is in a crawl space.
Besides the trap, I do really like this dryer. It will dry a load of laundry in the same amount of time or less than our washer will complete a load of the same size.
Pros: works great
Cons: wish lint trap was more effective

Broken in under 2yrs

Dryer stopped heating 1yr10mo after installation. Thermostat on heating element broken - out of warranty. Repair cost of one third of unit cost on an item less than 2yrs old. Unacceptable.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Purchase Ever

I purchased this dryer brand new and we are on our 3rd repair. I have lost all faith in Samsung . This is a total inconvenience
