Drum cracked in first 6 months.

the sales rep pushed this one. drum cracked in first six months. had it repaired and now it takes 1.5 hour to dry a load that used to take 40 mins. terrible. bought both washer and dryer.

we purchased the dryer and matching washer 3 years ago and now the dryer won't heat up, after only 3 years. extremely frustrated.

Drum Cracked After 2 Yrs

there is a crack forming, which turns the dryer into a fire hazard as the lint will get through the crack and coat the heating element. google it!

Inflexible heat settings, can't dry on LOW temp

normally i would have given this a high rating but the preset cycles make it impossible to dry things on a low setting using sensor dry. no wool cycle on the 5400.

we bought this less than a year ago and its been a lemon since. 6 minths after having it we needed the mother board replaced and it still takes forever to dry. samsung doesnt stand behind product
