Have a few samsung products already and so far it hasn't given us any problems... just purchased a dryer and so far we are very pleased with it!!

A super value at a great price. I performed an extensive product search for the best dryers on the market and Samsung came out on top. For price to value and features you can't find a better dryer.

When you put more than one sheet in the dryer at a time they roll up in a ball.
The dryer's capacity is large but doesn't not do well with a full load.
My old dryer would dry a whole set of sheets at one time & was considerably smaller.

Thank you for sending this feedback. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you, as your Electric Dryer doesn't dry properly with a full load. This is not the experience we want you to have. Please know that we appreciate all feedback that helps us understand how to improve our products.
Please ensure the Dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

seems to dry fast low noise easy to set up only thing does not come with electric cord for the money you pay it should be included

Great washer and dryer set. It is Gorgeous, we opted for the Platinum color and couldn't be happier. We have the washer and dryer in the next room and it is so quiet I NEVER hear it.
