Had to replace

after 3 years, i had to replace the assembly filter because of water leakage. it also spins violently and now the washer won't fill up with water...

Dead In Under 3 Years

major repair in under 3 years forced us to replace the entire machine.broken drum, bearing,etc,too expensive to fix,not worth it. no more samsung.

the washer got very loud after 2nd years. replaced the bearings and seal. it lasted one more year. i will never buy samsung again.

we have had this machine for just over 2 yrs. it now spins super fast, even when the spin is set to low. the rpms get so high it’s scary and it sounds like a jet taking off. should last longer!

washer stop working within two years. keep doing rinse and spin cycle forever. it's a very common problem for samsung washer. i have seen many posts with the same problem. never over load and use it twice a week, can't believe it dies so fast.

i purchased this washing machine on september 5th, 2017. up until january 31st, 2021, the washing machine performed well. on february 1st, 2021 the washing machine spinning and draining mechanism failed. the washing machine was only ever used by a single couple.
i was hoping that a washing machine would last for more than 3 years and 5 months. the quality is highly disappointing.

2 Units Working Well After 5 Years

i bought two of these washer-dryer pairs. one for my house, kept inside, and one for a rental house, kept on a covered/screened patio. both continue to work well. i have not had any problems with either pair. satisfied buyer.
