After 35 years with the original microwave/oven combo, food is so much better! Temperature is accurate and dependable. Easy controls, slick beauty.

Two Major Faults

Had to replace my GE wall oven after 26 years of great performance. Unfortunately my new GE wall oven has been a disappointment because of two major faults. Instead of opening to the side like my old micro, this new micro opens down which makes it harder to place items in the micro and almost impossible to clean the back of the micro. Second, there is no bell to indicate when the micro has finished its job and the timer alarm is barely loud enough to hear if you're not right there in the kitchen. Very disappointed in my new oven. New design most unsatisfactory.

Great oven!

So far, the oven has performed up to its hype! No, it’s not a convection oven, but we do believe the 10-pass baking element seems to really make up for that.
The dial on the control panel is different than most control panels, but it’s easy to use once you get familiar with it and gives the oven a sleek, clean and modern design.
The microwave is very impressive with how well it senses and cooks food. All the different settings on reheating foods makes it very convenient.
Overall, the oven looks great and has performed excellent. We’ve had it for a couple months and have cooked several meals out of it and reheated them the next day for leftovers.
It was a perfect oven for our kitchen remodel. We put a lot of work into sanding and repainting our kitchen and replacing our old oven with this newer model went smooth! We did a ton of research on similar models and decided this one was the best fit!
I would recommend this to a friend!
