We love this microwave and oven. It is not for very short people due to the microwave open outward but I am average height and it works great for me.

Unlike older units which have too hot in the top of the oven and lower shelf takes longer, this oven cooks evenly on both shelves. Perfect microwave.

I like everything about my microwave/oven except the beeper for when the time is up. It is so silent that it goes off without my hearing it. I have read the instructions and can not find where I can increase the volume.
