Lots of Choices

We built our house in 1978 and selected GE oven and microwave. It still works after 44 years. Just wanted to update our kitchen. It will be a learning experience to use this newer model, but excited to try all the bells and whistles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1-There were some spots in the oven when brand new that would not come out.
2-The microwave does not allow you to set, for example, 22 seconds. You have to pick in 15 sec increments.

Regarding the temperature of your oven, it sounds as though your oven temperature needs adjusted. There are instructions on this on page 11 of the use and care manual located here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2001076.pdf.
If adjusting the temperature of your oven does not resolve this matter, we highly suggest taking advantage of your one-year warranty and calling our GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. We're confident a technician will be able to fix this.

Less digital, missing feature

Like the looks of the new micro/oven combo, but it is less digital then previous model we had. It also does not have a selection in the microwave for cooking a potato which the previous model did have and which we used extensively. Also seems like the oven bake setting takes longer to reach a set temperature than previous model - no big deal but it caught us by surprise since it is a newer model. And lastly - tok us 9 months from date of purchase from local appliance store to delivery and install - UGH....
I would recommend this to a friend!
