Love my new oven and microwave. It’s a little tricky for me to use/understand and not sure it heats evenly but is very pretty!!

Great oven

We have been waiting since 2020 to get a new wall oven microwave combo to replace our old wall oven. Due to the pandemic, it has taken 3 years! That being said, I am impressed with this oven. It was very easy to install and operation seems easy. It does seem to take awhile to preheat but I did not have any problems with it not maintaining the temp. The timer is quiet but I have not experienced the loud sounds when the microwave is running. So far I love the oven. (Looks great too)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Color me disappointed.

Attractive unit with sub-optimal operation. Notification alarm when an operation is completed is so soft as to be totally useless. The space BETWEEN the two glass layers on the microwave door fogs with every use and can take up to an hour to clear. User cannot program precise times for microwave functions. And most importantly, the main oven temperature control is over 30 degrees off when compared with a dedicated oven thermometer and TWO different thermisters placed in the oven, all three being in agreement compared with the programmed temperature.
So color me disappointed.

When the food tastes better than your last oven, what more can be said. The unit looks great and has very intuitive buttons. On the downside, it was larger than my previous oven which required a handyman to adjust the electrical box in the cabinet. Now that its in- I'm happy with it.
