Like the product but dont like not receiving any instructions . The only things that were in the packet were safety instructions and installation instructions.

I’m disappointed . I replaced an Similar 10 yr old GE unit. This new GE unit, JK3800 does not have the same automatic sensor capabilities and selections as the older model, e.g. cooking potato’s.

This oven does have a built-in sensor in the upper microwave that automatically calculates and adjusts cooking times and power levels for your desired foods. Great looking, functions beautifully. Much improved over my very old wall unit. I am short so prefer side open on a microwave, but it works great.

Great model, unless you're short!!

I've only had the built-in microwave and oven appliance for a few weeks. The basic functions work very well and there are more control options than I'm likely to need or use! The look and style of the unit is very modern and attractive in the stainless steel. There is one feature that I think should be included in the description or in reviews, because I did not realize the consequence before selecting this model. This model has a microwave with a pull-down door, common in current models, rather than a door that opens to the side. If you are 5'3 or shorter, it is a stretch to place items in and take them out. You will not be able to clean the back or the roof of the microwave without use of a step stool! This may not be a concern for many, but it came as a surprise to me since I hadn't anticipated this problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
