I bought this unit during covid so did not have an opportunity to put my hands on it before putting it in my house. I chose the unit because it was the newer model of the unit I had in my house and had the same measurements. Unfortunately, it does not have the same features and it is not intuitive or user friendly. Examples: on the microwave you can either press 30 sec multiple times or you can press the microwave button, then turn a knob and select cook or defrost then push the knob to select, them turn the knob to choose cook by time or cook by food type and some other options, then push the knob, then turn the knob to choose the cook time, then push the knob again to start the microwave. Half the time the knob turns when we push on it so we have to start over. There is no “potato” button like the last model and there is no option for it if you go to the cook by food type option except “fresh veg” but that sensor has not sensed properly for potatoes so I have to do it again and just cook a certain amount of time. Microwave beeps lightly but you have to be paying attention because the fan stays on to “cool” the microwave. Seems senseless to do that. I just cooked my food! Don’t cool it down! Microwave door drops down like an oven door so it’s kind of difficult to reach the back of the microwave for cleaning.on top of this, the controls for the oven are equally cumbersome and the microwave and oven share the same small display so it’s difficult to tell what’s going on when cooking in both at the same time. Definitely wish I had chosen something different. It gets 2 stars because it works but I would not buy it again.

Takes FOREVER to PREHEAT!

We had to purchase this combo to fit our cabinets. Microwave door comes down in front, NOT to the side (like the last one) which makes it impossible to wipe splashes on the back and top of the microwave. Glass turntable vibrates as it turns. Cooling fans run for a long time AFTER food is done so it is confusing to hear the beep to alert you food is done. Oven takes forever to preheat. Also design is strange in that when it is installed it is not flush to area surrounding it (not cabinet). There is 1" gap in front of oven/micro unit and the doors, so I had to fabricate a piece to fill in the gap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wall oven broke after four months. Turns out the thermostat burns out when one tries to clean it. Still waiting for repairs.

I love the product but it’s not 3 years old yet and the control panel has stopped working which renders it dead until I get it fixed.

Great features

I love my new microwave oven. I love the features it has that my old model did not have. The drawback on this model is that microwave is so deep, it’s difficult for me to reach inside to clean the back wall. But I’m only 5’0 ,so my reach isn’t that great. The other issue I have is the ring tone is so soft , I can barely hear it even while I’m in the kitchen.
Overall it’s a great appliance.
