Oven does not heat

I find the microwave hard to clean because the door opens down and not to the side. I'm not very tall and reaching the back of the oven to wipe it down after use is difficult. And the time it takes for the lower oven to heat to baking temperature seems to take forever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Appliance!

I was very excited when I purchased this wall oven and it did not disappoint! It has many wonderful features, yet it is very easy to use. I am also pleased with the way that it cooks food evenly. I look forward to using this oven for many years.

Not as good as our old GE Oven

It's functional, but when compared to the oven we replaced (an older GE model Oven/Microwave combo), it lacks a few things. It's much slower to pre-heat than our old one. The combined keypad/dial functions are confusing and cumbersome - almost every activity requires multiple steps, punching and dialing the oddly placed controls. Probably the most irritating thing is that the beep is very quiet - barely audible over the the sound of the microwave cooling cycle (which is also irritating). And there are only two volume settings for the beeper - Normal and Mute. On the plus side, it appears to cook very evenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we are happy to help you get the best performance from the oven. It is normal for the preheat to be a little longer due to the hidden bake elements. This does have its advantages though, as the interior will be much easier to clean.

Excellent appliance!

This is the second wall oven/microwave appliance we've purchased. It is an outstanding product, this last one has an upgraded control panel at the top making it even easier to use. Also as a side note, the microwave oven doubles as a place to lay your cookbook! We are very pleased with the performance of this appliance!!

The oven was a perfect fit to replace my old unit. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and sleek the unit was. I have already used both the microwave and the lower oven and am pleased with the results. I recommend this oven to anyone.
