You cannot set the exact number of seconds on the microwave oven.. The owner's manual says you can but that is wrong, confirmed with GE.

Microwave stopped working exactly 13m after instal

Worked great until it didn't. Microwave stopped working exactly 13months to the date of actual install.

This was the exact replacement for a model that was 18 years old, very nice, the advance in technology is awesome, I am very happy that I stuck with GE!

This unit does look beautiful but ... the oven takes forever to heat up, for some reason it takes a bit longer to cook the same things I've cooked in the past (don't quite understand isn't temperature the same regardless?). The microwave oven at 1000W is way to slow - I have to add almost twice the time ... amazing. Also, I do not hear the buzzer when heating up a 1 min. cup of coffee and the fan continues to run making you think it is still heating?

Thie installed unit was recommended by the AHS Warranty Program. After researching the unit myself, I accepted. Very pleased as the oven is wider than previous unit - just in time for Thanksgiving cooking!

I bought my wall oven in November and it malfunctioned in January! The repairman couldn’t figure it out initially thinking it was the relay but after installing a new one found out it wasn’t that. He called for technical help and he walked him through the problem. After the self cleaning finished the door latch failed and it has been ordered! Just bothers me I had a problem and only had it 2 months !

Single Knob Control is Trouble

Overall quality appears good. Fit and finish is good. One knob controls most settings. To operate microwave you need to dial in operation, then push the knob three times to start microwave. How many times can you turn and push the single plastic knob before the system breaks? Cumbersome and feels like a low quality part.

How to Use????????????????

I like my wall unit, but there is no directions on how to use it! Even tried looking it up on Internet, no directions. Why are there never any manuals on how to operate an appliance?????? The couple page manual that came with it tells you NOTHING!
