Bought several GE appl. Never had this kind of problem.

I replaced a 1994 GE model with this new one and the design is much better.
The inside of the oven is much larger.

Includes all basic features. Only draw back is bottom door is slightly wider than prior GE model which created problem with clearing trim.

I love my product— haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet because I don’t want to mess it up. I love the inside light feature which faded out after you close the door

Good features.

The microwave oven door should not open from the top to bottom. It should open from the right to the left. My wife and I are both short, which makes it hard to get food in and out and also to clean. Is there any way that this can be changed? The oven glass also has some discoloration on the lower left.
