Demo mode

We just got this microwave oven but the microwave doesn’t work and is in demo mode. Please help us fix this problem. Thank you

Hi Hiep - We deeply apologize for any inconvenience with your microwave double oven. If the unit is stuck in Demo Mode, the unit may only be getting partial power. We suggest you try turning off power to the unit at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds. Many units are on a double breaker in the breaker box, so be sure to turn both breakers off and back on. If this doesn't help, check the power connection to make sure the junction box (wall oven) or power cord (range) was wired properly. Wall mount oven microwave combo

Oven was as described and size was perfect. Replaced an older 26 inch. It was a 25 year old GE.

Both ovens are roomy, easy to operate and easy to clean. Cooks as expected. No problem with food cooking evenly. Oven lights very helpful and easy accessible.

It is so quiet! Because inside of microwave is free of white coating, peeling paint should not be an issue.
