The oven takes a long time to heat and the microwave requires a lot of clicks to turn on for even simple things. I would recommend it with those caveats.

I have been using this unit for just a short time but it was easy to learn how to program the microwave as well as the oven. Has a nice look and the oven lighting is really nice. I can finally see what is cooking in my oven.

I bought this unit 2 months ago after having to depart with an older unit I had for 29 years. Never had any problem with it other than an element going out every now and then. Hopefully this one gives as many years of service. Many new bells and whistles to this one but very easy to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just used the oven to bake a cake. Turned out great. I reheated a cup of coffee, and it took a while to figure out how to do it. There are too many steps to get where you want to go. Also, after microwaving, a fan keeps blowing and it reads that it's cooling. Don't know if it is safe to open while it's reading this or not. This should be addressed. I was also a little disappointed that the color around the faces of the ovens is gray instead of black, but I'll get used to it. I'll give a 4 as of now, and see what happens in the future.
