Excellent cooking

The sensors keep things from over cooking and spilling. Also, all around even cooking is great.

I just had this oven/microwave installed, and it is very nice. Matches with other appliances in my kitchen, and is very easy to use.

Completely shut down the first time I used it

I bought the unit about 2 months ago. The unit completely shut down the first time I used it. GE tech came out and fixed it - completely took it out of wall. He advised that factory connections were loose. This experience did not give me a lot of confidence in GE. That said, all of our previous appliances have been GE. The unit seems to be working fine so far but the jury is still out. We bought an extended warranty because of our "shut down" experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it to replace the older one with same size and brand and it fit perfectly in the cabinet. It's a beatfull and modern appliance. Hope that it last as the older one...

I bought this product because it fit into my previous opening and met the amp requirement. The oven takes a long time to heat.

The lower oven is larger than my old combination oven/microwave. I like that I am able to raise bread dough in the lower oven. The microwave has so many great features.

I bought this sight unseen as it was the upgraded replacement for my microwave/oven combination. I loved my original unit and thought the newer version would be as nice or better. I find myself disappointed in that it is not friendly to use nor does the oven heat as rapidly. The microwave door opens toward you and is difficult to put items in or out. Cleaning cannot be done easily as my arms aren't as long as needed. My 6'1" husband's arms are long enough to to clean it either. The door is definitely in the way. The timer is on loud and can barely be heard. I would not buy again.
