I love the style and the operative features of this combination microwave and oven which were built in. They were far superior to the other brand that was in our house before that cost four times as much. It is beautiful and perfectly functioning.

Better Than I Expected - Love it!

Our oven/microwave was almost 30 years old, we'd be using it for 20! So the thought of having to learn how to use a new one with all the digital settings was not exciting for me. But since the microwave in the old one died, didn't have a choice. This one is much better than I imagined. After reading through the manual it is easy to understand and use. I love it. One of the main complaints I read about this beforehand was the way the microwave door opened (downward). I was a little concerned about that but turned out for me to not be a problem at all. I definitely give it very high marks and we are very happy with it.

Terrific Unit

Great combo oven/microwave. Great features including Sabbath mode for the oven. Excellent controls on both units... simple to use and has all the features. Only down side... the reason for four stars rather than five... is that the microwave timer moves in increments of 15 seconds rather than single seconds like all other microwaves on the planet. If I want to heat something for 10 seconds I can’t do it directly. Granted you can simply change the power setting to say 6 or 7 but why not just give us the option of 1 second increments. It’s a minor complaint and we love the unit (both oven and microwave) and we highly recommend it.

Better design and simpler control

This GE 27” Built-In Combination Microwave/Oven has better design and bigger interior dimensions for both microwave and oven due to the control panel is located at the top instead of the right side.of the unit. Also the control panel is simplified into one for both functions. Good design, sleek and modern look! We love it.

Love our new oven/microwave combo!

We are so happy with our new oven! It replaced a 30 plus years old GE combo that came with the house when we bought it in 2003. The controls are very intuitive, it fit in the cabinet without a problem. It bakes evenly and it's nice to have a large turntable in the microwave oven.
