Horrible features

1) The shelving racks in the oven do not move smoothly. They are scraping the coating off the sides.
2) Why does it immediately cool (blowing fan) my food I would have just heated in the microwave.
3). My 2008, GE wall oven/microwave were better. I thought I was upgrading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are more than happy to assist you with this combination oven/microwave. We advise putting a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rubbing the vegetable oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. This will help with the gliding of your oven racks. The cooling fan in the microwave is to ensure that the appliance's internal parts do not overheat. This fan will not cool your food. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments along to our product team to review.

Two years in and stopped working. The service charge without diagnosis is a joke.

We'd like to assist with the issue you're having with your wall oven. Does the oven appear not to be working at all? If so, we recommend disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset the appliance. Basic combo unit; low sound

Our only complaint so far is that the sounds indicating that the oven reached the set tempeature or that the oven or microwave have finished their cycle is not loud enough. It's basically impossible to hear any beeps unless all other appliances are off and you are standing near the unit when the beep sounds.
I would recommend this to a friend!
