They were polite and efficient. However, when asked questions stated this was a new product and were unsure of certain details.

Great choice over an double oven

My old house had a double oven, but I like the feature of having the microwave instead of the double oven. I only really used the double oven during the Holidays, but having the microwave with the oven is a better use of space.

We bought this for our new house. It is perfect, specially that it cools down by taking all the smell out. The oven cooling takes a little bit long time, but I like that it doesn't smell! I love it and I'm very happy for buying it!

We got this oven set in our new home. The oven heats quickly and then cools quickly when shut off. The microwave is high powered. Both ovens have great cooking features.

Sleek, modern and has all the bells and whistles. Love all the new features. I had my old GE oven for over 17 years and I'm still missing it. Eventually I'll get familiar with the new one, and I'll love it too. This will probably be my last GE oven in this lifetime. Thanks!!

Excellent Microwave and Oven

We had the unit (Model #JT3800SH1SS) installed this week and microwave is functioning very well. We tried using the oven and doing the job well. The stainless steel finish is good and our kitchen started looking nice after this new utility addition.

I'm loving it, one of best decisions for my new house built by K Hovnanian homes. Opted for microwave/oven combo instead of double oven. My only issue is that the microwave is deep making it hard for me to clean, I'm short :).
